The problem we kept seeing
Crypto compliance tools are powerful, expensive, and unusable for the average person. They cost hundreds of dollars per month, require enterprise contracts, and assume the user already knows what OFAC SDN means.
Meanwhile, the people who get burned by tainted crypto are not banks. They are freelancers paid in stablecoins, P2P traders accepting USDT from strangers, NFT collectors clicking on airdrops, and small merchants who decided to take BTC for a haircut. None of them have access to enterprise AML tooling. All of them get their exchange accounts frozen when something goes wrong.
What we do
cryptoaml.cc takes the same data sources that power enterprise compliance — OFAC, EU and UN sanctions, ransomware lists, darknet market intelligence, exchange blacklists, community scam reports — and packages them into a single text box and a single number.
Paste address. Get score. Make decision. Move on.
What we don't do
- We don't require accounts. No email, no phone, no captcha.
- We don't sell your search data. The addresses you check are hashed before caching and never linked to you.
- We don't replace professional compliance. If your business handles significant crypto volume, get a real AML provider. We're for individual users and small operations.
- We don't moralise. A wallet's score is a fact, not a judgement. What you do with it is your business.
How we make money
The web checker is free and will stay free. We earn revenue from our Telegram bot's deep-report tier, where users can purchase detailed transaction graphs, source-of-funds reports, and counterparty risk analysis. The first three deep reports are also free.
That is the entire business model. No tracking, no ads, no data resale.
